London, England

(June 3, 2005)

We started the day on our first ride on a double decker bus.

The British Museum was magnificent to say the least. The greatest collection of Egyptian artifacts outside of Egypt

This is the original Rosetta Stone that has the same text in three different languages which allowed the ancient

Egyptian hieroglyphics to be translated.

Did Dogbert help with translation?

Ancient Greek artifacts.

Mummy, David, and I!

Dogbert had a great time!

Hard to believe some of these relics date back to 3,200 BC/

The Black Obelisk is the first mention of the national of Israel outside of the bible.

Sarah was dying to have a picture with her mummy/

The British Museum had a massive library for research.

David and Emperor Hadrean.

Dogbert visits Caesar.

Chess pieces dating back to ancient times.

Early money press.

We saw the Shakespeare play "The Tempest" at the Globe theater where the play was first done. The

theater is in the round with part of the seats covered to the elements and part were uncovered and the people

stood.

The stage area is also covered.

The real star in the theater that night! (I reserve all bragging rights!)

The actors taking the bow at the end of the play.

Dogbert at the theater. He said he collaborated with Shakespeare for a number of plots.

Teenage boy in London. What else do you do, drink a pint of ale at the pub! Drinking age here is 18 so it was legal.
